I am not a vegan myself, but I cannot ignore the fact that most if not all vegans who are in their 60's or 50's it looks like they just got out of a youth lake!

so what happens when somebody decides to become a vegetarian? that's what we going to discover in this blog.

Let's first talk about what is veganism

It's simply abstaining from any form of use of animal products, particularly in diet, and for that term, some distinctions exist between several categories of veganism:

A dietary vegan, also known as 'strict vegan' refrains from consuming any form of animal products, such as eggs, meat, and dairy products.

Environmental vegan, they believe that by adopting a vegan diet they are helping to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, minimize their contribution to deforestation, and reduce pollution by not supporting animal agriculture.

In other words environmental vegans are those who give a s*** about out planet!

And the last type of veganism is the ethical vegan, are those who to chose to live a vegan lifestyle, and they don't get in the abusage of animals in anyway!

And a quick question, do you know any other type of vegans? if yes, then I would like to hear from you in the comments and to discuss it!

in other words, plant-based diets will make you feel fuller and healthier and more energetic for the whole day!

In a study, those who are in a plant-based diet, lost a noticeable amount of weight compared to those who stuck with their non-vegan eating habits.

The lack of iodine and choline, in which these two nutrients are found in eggs, iodine is needed to keep your thyroid healthy, regulating energy, metabolism, and mood, choline supports your brain, affecting your memory and mood.

But, you can get iodine from table salt, and choline from broccoli and sweet potatoes and also supplementation may be a good idea for these nutrients too.
